[Weekends have been different since Kevin has been with Andrew and Neil and now that they're sharing the same bed, Andrew expects it to be even more different. Mainly, getting up has been harder, because Kevin never really wants to get his ass out of bed once he's in it, and this both amuses and frustrates Andrew- he's not entirely sure why. It's not like he cares if they make it to class or practice.
Andrew is always awake first, because he needs to be, but sometimes he thinks Neil wakes up before him and just waits for him to wake up before opening his eyes. It sounds like one of those stupid things Neil would do for him, to make him feel safer (and it works), but more often than not, Andrew is just too light of a sleeper to stay sleeping for too long.
This Saturday, he really is the first one awake, Neil sleeping next to him, curled into Kevin's side. Kevin is snoring softly (okay, maybe it's just heavy breathing but Andrew will swear on everything that it's snoring), his limbs sprawled out everywhere, one arm under Neil's neck, reaching out to almost touch Andrew's shoulder, the other above his head. One day, Kevin is going to end up on the floor, and Andrew won't feel bad about it. But today he seems firmly planted in bed and Andrew watches them sleep. He can do all the staring he wants and not get called out for it. It's images like these he wants to keep in his head so he has something to focus on when things get bad. He has something real to come back to, though he's not sure he deserves any of this at all.
It's when those thoughts start filtering in, that Neil stirs, turning from Kevin a bit and cracking his eyes open to look at Andrew. Neil gives him a small, sleepy smile when he sees that Andrew is awake, just like he always does and just like always, Andrew thinks it's horribly unfair and stupid that Neil could look this good as soon as he opens his eyes]
Morning.
[Neil says to him quietly after what what Andrew can tell is Neil quickly assessing to see if Andrew is in an okay place, if he had any nightmares or is unusually tense. Andrew doesn't return the greeting, but he reaches out and brushes his fingers through Neil's messy locks. Neil's smile grows wider and then he turns his head to look at Kevin again]
He snores.
[Andrew wants to make sure Neil knows that, and Neil laughs softly and shakes his head. ]
No he doesn't.
[Andrew lets out a soft huff, but tugs Neil forward and kisses him, because all these laughs and smiles so early in the morning, they're too good. Kevin's hand is between them, but Neil pulls it down a little so they can kiss easier, but he keeps his hand in Kevin's, curling his fingers around his]

[Seriously, Kevin.
He shrugs, then glances from Andrew to Kevin.]
We made some deals. It was one of the things I asked Andrew to stop doing. What was the point of not being medicated if you all were doing drugs anyway?
no subject
[He's perfectly healthy]
Neil was right. They were the same. Drugs and drugs and drugs. I stopped and everyone else did too. It was not a big deal.
[But it was and now it's fine]
He just cares about our health. Health is important, Kevin.

[He's kidding. He's totally kidding. He does agree with Kevin, but he's not sure if Kevins' way is the right way of going about things.]
I'm not even complaining about it now. I'm just saying, that was unhealthy too. But it's completely irrelevant now because no one does them anymore.

[Of course. Kevin needs the rest of him to play as well!.
Andrew is lucky the two of them even each other out, somewhere along the line. Still, having this conversation as they walk through the mall is kind of funny.]
Drugs and lies, such a trip down memory lane. What else should we bring up?
no subject
[Totally because of having to play, Neil knows it!]
Yeah, lets not go there. Maybe some other time.
no subject
[He glances at Andrew when he says it, but Andrew doesn't react. That's about as good as anything]
Or never.
[Neil tilts his hip away, but he gives Kevin a small smile. He'd just rather not talk about any of those things if that's okay with them.... though he knows he probably will anyway]
no subject
[Or stabbing? Probably no stabbing.
They're together, the three of them. Andrew isn't denying that anymore. He can't find it in him to call them 'nothing' anymore. That's definitely a good step forward.
Andrew wants Neil to tell Kevin about the binder, because he thinks it's fair. But other than that, it's not like he's big on talking either.]
Carry on, then.

[No choking. Hey, Kevin tried to choke him against the wall one time, too. Guess they've all been there]
Oh hell yes. I'm all about that kind of talk.
[Andrew rolls his eyes and walks faster toward the car]
no subject
[Andrew has no doubt about that. But there will be less choking.
They assume he will answer them, but he wont. He just opens the trunk of the car and dumps all their things inside, then pulls his phone out and turns to take a photo of them]
Junkies. Part one of a series.

[He knows that for a fact. Before, he wouldn't have gone back for them. Now, he'd rather die than leave without them. There are definite differences, even in the way Andrew takes care of them now. Kevin has to see that.]
That might not be a bad thing, actually.
no subject
[Everything is better than before]
Oh yes, I am sure the two of you would love that. Maybe I would too. I can be a photographer after PSU.
[He gets in the drivers side and starts up the car, waiting for Neil to get in before he takes off back toward campus]

[God, he hopes Kevin doesn't touch that one. Anyway, he likes Andrew taking pics. It's good to see him actually interested in it. In them]
I think my hobby will be going to Excites.
